3 FACTS About “Pan de Muerto” the traditional sweet bread baked to celebrate “Día de Muertos” (Day of the Dead) in Mexico!
I was inspired by my favorite Mexican sweet bread “PAN DE MUERTO”, I tried to capture it in an illustration. I always illustrate by free hand using ink, pencil, copic and chart-paks.
Inspired by “Pan de Muerto” the Mexican sweet bread of the dead. PAN DE MUERTO is a traditional and symbolic bread that plays a significant role in Mexico’s Day of the Dead (Día de los Muertos) celebrations.
PEPITA is Doble Infinito ‘s first and signature collection. This collection is inspired by the traditional Mexican candy named “pepitoria”. The pepitoria candy is made with wheat flower, pumpking toasted seeds and a touch of piloncillo an ingredient that makes it sweet and delicious.
